THE DAILY AGAINST THE SUBLIME
This book is a project that explores the question of beauty. The book deals with the absolute contrast between sublime things and everyday things. The book examines our culture and how we "shape" our eye and seeks to examine whether there is an objective good taste at all. The book is divided into two chapters - the everyday versus the sublime, and asks questions about the existence of the contrast between them and how we determine which things are beautiful. All the images in the first part of the book - the everyday, were photographed by me and came to serve as a contrast to great and important works of art.
